I shoot people. With a camera. I love meeting people and the variety that photographing them brings to my work. New places, new faces, new stories… These are qualities of my job that make it rewarding and fresh every time I head out on assignment. Above, tattoo artist Keahi Hooe is the owner of Easy Choppers & Tattoos. More portraits and people after the jump…

These images are so fresh that they haven’t even made it into the portfolio, though undoubtedly a couple will get there soon…

Executive Chef Mike Davis of Purple Cafe and Wine Bar at their location in Bellevue, WA.

Chef Lisa Dupar on location in the kitchen and bakery of Lisa Dupar Catering and Pomegranate Bistro in Redmond, WA. For what it’s worth I love the giant rolling pin. Classic prop, but still fun.

Bar manager and acclaimed mixologist Casey Robison pours a mean drink at Barrio Restuarant in Capitol Hill and Bellevue. Who wouldn’t love a photo shoot with drinks, fire and a little homemade strawberry-infused tequila to top it off?!? We did end up frying the glass during the shoot, but it’s a quality end of life cycle when compared to simply falling off a server’s tray.
